We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a
Transformation Lead. This role shall allow the incumbent to get an in-depth
understand on Popeyes business. (S)he will have the opportunity to drive key
transformation projects that will significantly impact the overall business. You
will be working closely with the Head of Transformation and senior business
leaders to spearhead critical business initiatives.
As part of this role, you will be involved in shaping and executing
transformation strategies that are crucial for our growth, profitability and
long-term success. You will work on projects that span across multiple business
areas, such as reducing oil consumption, improving OPH/manpower rostering
(flexi/BAs), drop charts, auto indenting at stores, high street growth charter
and so on. You will also drive key focus priorities by acting as a program
manager for set of strategic initiatives.
