Job Summary: To ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, and airport facilities by enforcing aviation security regulations, monitoring restricted areas, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain security standards as per Company requirements,
Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability.
Achieve department goals and follow up.
Perform duties as per the Security Programme.
Maintain performance standards and follow up with your shift.
Monitor continuously the Quality System and the level of conformance.
Secure quality levels.
Control theft and pilferage of company property.
Ensure implementation of AEP Guidelines issued by Airport Operator, BCAS, MOCA, Govt of India.
Ensure effective assessment & proper scrutiny of AEP application and supporting documents before submission to regulatory authority for TAE/BAEP.
To maintain files and log sheets.
Give inputs for training requirements.
Updating of manuals and local procedures.
Ensure competent and qualified work force are deputed for duty.

Security Officer: Fresher / 0-1 years of experience in Aviation Security.
Security Executive: 1-3 years of experience in Aviation Security.
Senior Security Executive: 3-5 years of experience in Aviation Security.
Security Supervisor: 5-7 years of experience in Aviation Security.

Height & Grooming Requirements

Female: 155 cms (Mandatory)
Male: 165 cms (Mandatory)
No Visible Tattoos

Positive To Have

Experience in aviation security
AVSEC Basic
Screener Certification
Knowledge of regulatory compliances

Educational Qualification

Minimum Hsc, Preferred Graduates
