Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete yarn and fibre dyeing operations to ensure timely production as per manufacturing plans.
Take full responsibility for yarn and fibre dyeing processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily dyeing schedules to meet production targets and customer delivery timelines.
Ensure consistent shade matching and color accuracy as per approved standards and customer specifications.
Supervise and optimize various dyeing processes, including:
Yarn Dyeing
Reactive Dyeing
Bamboo & PMF Dyeing
Cold Vat Dyeing
Polyester Dyeing
Nylon Dyeing
Viscose Dyeing




Tencel Dyeing
Excel Fibre Dyeing
Monitor dyeing parameters, chemical consumption, process controls, and batch records to achieve consistent quality.
Ensure optimum utilization of dyes, chemicals, water, steam, and other production resources while minimizing wastage.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, Stores, Procurement, and Maintenance teams for smooth operational flow.
Monitor machine efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization to maximize operational performance.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, safety regulations, and environmental compliance during dyeing operations.
Investigate dyeing defects, shade variations, and process deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve first-pass quality.
