Job Description: Design Manager – Design & Sales
Radon India is seeking a creative and client-focused Design Manager with solid interior design and sales skills. The role involves managing end-to-end residential interior design projects while converting client leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete residential interior design projects from concept to execution
Understand client needs and develop functional, aesthetic residential design solutions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Convert inquiries into confirmed residential projects through effective sales skills
Prepare proposals, layouts, mood boards, and cost estimates
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business




Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors
Supervise junior designers and ensure project quality and timelines
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
Experience in interior design with client-facing/sales exposure
Strong portfolio of residential interior projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools
Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Knowledge of materials, space planning, and execution
