• Connect with prospective wedding clients and generate new leads.
• Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right Velvia Weddings experience.
• Build strong relationships with couples and families throughout the sales journey.
• Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain a premium and professional client experience.
• Work towards monthly sales and booking targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and skilled personality




• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Interest in weddings, photography and creative industries
• Sales or customer relationship experience is preferred
• Ability to handle conversations with premium clients
• Freshers with strong communication and a sales mindset may also apply
