Academic Leadership: Ensure quality curriculum planning, teaching delivery, and academic excellence in Dance, Music, Theatre, and allied disciplines.
Faculty Management: Supervise faculty workload, mentoring, appraisal and development activities.
Student Development: Promote student performance, participation in competitions, productions, workshops and placements/opportunities.
Research & Innovation: Encourage research publications, creative productions, practice-based research and funded projects.
Industry & Cultural Linkages: Build collaborations with cultural institutions, artists, academies and industry professionals.
Administrative Management: Oversee budgeting, scheduling, infrastructure,



accreditation, compliance and departmental reporting.

Educational Qualification:
Master’s Degree in the Performing Arts discipline (Dance/Music/Theatre) with excellent academic records.
Ph.D. in relevant discipline preferred/mandatory as per university norms.

Experience:
5-7 years of teaching/skilled experience in higher education or reputed cultural institutions.
Minimum 3–5 years of academic/administrative leadership experience as Program Coordinator/HoD/Equivalent.
Proven record of research publications, productions, and performances.
