Role Description The Chemist and Formulation Assistant role is a full-time responsible for supporting the development, testing, and optimization of agricultural chemical formulations. Daily tasks include assisting in designing formulations, reviewing laboratory test data, documenting experimental procedures, and preparing technical reports and formulation sheets. The role involves coordinating with senior chemist and production teams to ensure formulations meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards, as well as updating digital records and maintaining formulation databases.



The Chemist and Formulation Assistant will also help troubleshoot formulation issues, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of chemistry fundamentals, preferably with exposure to agricultural.
Ability to assist in formulation development, including understanding of material properties, stability, and compatibility.
Competence in data analysis, documentation, and preparation of technical reports or standard operating procedures.
Familiarity with safety standards, basic regulatory concepts, and positive laboratory or good manufacturing practices.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Science, or a related field is preferred.
