Role Description The BIM Coordinator will work full time on-site in Chenna/Coimbatorei, supporting project teams with end-to-end BIM coordination activities. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and managing BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary design inputs,



and ensuring data integrity across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The role involves clash detection, issue tracking, and resolving coordination conflicts, as well as preparing and maintaining BIM documentation and standards in line with project and client requirements. The BIM Coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers and design teams, assist in BIM implementation and workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination, including model setup, management, and clash detection.
Foundational knowledge in Architecture and understanding of multidisciplinary building design workflows.
Experience working with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within BIM environments.
