The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder-management skills, business understanding, and the ability to manage multiple client-facing initiatives while ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and identify opportunities across corporate training, leadership development, and business solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.




Develop customized learning and engagement solutions based on organizational objectives and workforce needs.
Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate training programs, workshops, team-building initiatives, and events.
Work with trainers, facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
Manage project timelines, budgets, logistics, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Support business development activities, including client presentations, proposals, solution discussions, and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
Coordinate with clients to gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness.
Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure a strong participant and client experience.
