Profile Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to consistently follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is persistent, target-oriented, customer-focused, and takes ownership of the complete lead conversion process.
Key Responsibilities
Work on and qualify leads provided by the company.
Make regular and structured follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve defined sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of leads and orders.
Continuously track and update the status of leads to ensure opportunities are not missed.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Conversion, or a similar role.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid lead follow-up and conversion skills.
Proven ability to work consistently on company-provided leads.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and account
