Job description
Build loads/set appointments in appropriate programs (TMS, TMW, FM).
Enter all necessary and accurate information to ensure data integrity.
Track and trace for on time pickups and deliveries and update TMS.
Provide discretion in resetting appointments.
Set pick-up and delivery appointments with warehouses.
Communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority loads and clients.
Proactively provide tracking updates to clients and warehouses.
Prioritize tracking and appointment setting based on time constraints and client priority.
Conduct client interactions via email and phone contact.
Communicate directions for each recent client and enter precisely in the system.
Build and maintain client relationships and improve client retention.
Acquire and retain knowledge of each client’s needs.
Assist clients with any special needs (trailer type, bracing, pads, etc.).
Effectively monitor all loads assigned for the designated client account from start to finish.
Secure and present all necessary information needed to execute logistical plans as determined by the client.
