Role Overview
Tallento.ai is hiring a Recruitment Team Lead who can own both individual closures and team performance. This role is for a hands-on recruitment leader who can translate hiring requirements into daily execution, coach recruiters, maintain ATS discipline, remove bottlenecks, and deliver predictable joinings within defined turnaround times. This is not a coordination-only role. The Team Lead will be accountable for sourcing quality, recruiter productivity, interview conversion, candidate follow-up, offer-to-joining conversion, reporting accuracy, and overall team closures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day recruitment execution for assigned clients, roles and hiring pods.
Translate open positions into recruiter-wise priorities, daily targets and closure plans.
Handle end-to-end recruitment personally for critical, senior or difficult positions.
Review sourcing quality, screening notes and candidate relevance before client submission.
Track calls, meaningful conversations, profiles sourced, screened profiles, submissions, interviews, selections, offers and joinings.




Ensure every candidate movement is updated correctly in the ATS/CRM with notes, remarks and next actions.
Conduct daily huddles, workload allocation, pipeline reviews and end-of-day performance checks.
Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy, screening, objection handling, salary discussions and candidate conversion.
Identify weak funnels early — poor sourcing, low interview attendance, low selection ratio, offer dropouts or delayed follow-ups — and correct them quickly.
Coordinate closely with operations, client relationship and hiring managers to keep requirements moving. Maintain solid candidate engagement from first call through joining to reduce no-shows, backouts and offer drops.
Build reusable talent pipelines for recurring education, EdTech, school, coaching, sales and operations requirements.
