* Acquire recent customers and achieve loan disbursement targets.
* Assess customer eligibility, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity.
* Verify KYC, vehicle documents, and coordinate vehicle valuation.
* Process loan applications and ensure timely sanction and disbursement.
* Build and maintain relationships with dealers, transporters, and
fleet owners.
* Monitor portfolio quality and support collections to minimize delinquencies.
