We are looking for a qualified and organized Company Secretary to join our group of companies in India. The group includes 4 small to medium size companies, including 1 NBFC. The role involves managing statutory filings, maintaining corporate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting governance processes.

Responsibilities
Ensure timely filing of statutory documents with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), including annual returns and financial statements;
Oversee compliance with RBI, SEBI, and NBFC regulations, ensuring all required reports and forms are submitted on time;
Prepare and maintain agendas,



notices, and minutes for board meetings, general meetings, and AGMs;
Maintain statutory registers and records related to shareholders, board resolutions, and corporate actions;
Act as a liaison between the company, regulatory authorities, directors, and shareholders;
Implement corporate governance practices and ensure adherence to internal compliance policies.

Qualifications & Skills
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI; additional credentials in finance or law are a plus;
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or NBFC sector;
Robust understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, along with SEBI, RBI, and NBFC compliance;
Proficiency in statutory filings, corporate governance, and board documentation;
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational abilities;
MS Office proficiency and a proactive approach to staying updat
