Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site IT Recruiter role based in Mylapore. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, and conducting initial technical fit assessments. The role involves using various recruitment platforms and networks, maintaining accurate candidate and interview records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. The IT Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, participate in recruitment events, and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
