Role Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will provide high-level
administrative, strategic, and operational support to the MD. The ideal candidate will
possess exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the
ability to manage confidential information while coordinating effectively with
internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Management
 Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and business
commitments.
 Prioritize schedules and coordinate internal and external meetings.
 Ensure all meetings are well-organized with relevant documentation and
follow-ups.
Communication Management
 Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external
stakeholders.
 Screen emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
