About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Forward Deployed Strategist who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, client engagement, and execution.
This is a client-facing role for professionals who want to go beyond traditional consulting and actively drive the deployment, adoption, and scaling of enterprise-grade digital and AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with clients, product teams, engineering teams, and delivery leaders to transform ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Strategic Execution
Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and transformation objectives.
Act as an embedded strategist during solution deployments, ensuring alignment with operational realities and business needs.
Build strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and hands-on problem solver.
Product & Solution Design
Translate business challenges into scalable product solutions, workflows, and feature requirements.
Balance client-specific needs with reusable and scalable platform capabilities.
Provide real-world insights to influence product strategy and platform evolution.
End-to-End Delivery Ownership
Lead engagements from discovery and solution design through pilot, rollout, and optimization.
Convert business objectives into functional requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable.
Adoption & Value Realization
Define and track success metrics related to efficiency, productivity, user experience, and business outcomes.
Drive user adoption through onboarding, change management, and operating model alignment.
Continuously optimize deployed solutions based on feedback and usage insights.
