Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based at Series by Marriott in Sakleshpur. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintenance of HR records. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, assisting with workforce planning,



and ensuring smooth joining and exit formalities. The role involves managing attendance and leave records, supporting payroll inputs, and helping implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
