Job Title - Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities
Handle domestic travel operations and arrangements based on confirmed travel requirements.
Coordinate with domestic hotels, transport providers, activity providers, and other vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate rates, availability, and service terms to ensure cost-effective arrangements.
Prepare accurate costing for domestic travel packages based on hotel, transportation, activities, and other service requirements.
Manage and monitor the budget of travel packages to ensure arrangements are made within the approved budget.
Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, activities, and other travel services as per the finalized itinerary.
Provide on-ground support and assistance to customers during their domestic trips and ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
Coordinate with hotels, drivers, guides, and other service providers to resolve operational issues during the tour.




Ensure all bookings and travel arrangements are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Communicate with vendors and service providers regarding availability, confirmations, changes, and operational requirements.
Maintain proper records of bookings, vendor details, payments, and other operational documents.
Monitor the execution of tours and coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle any other operational or ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications
1–1.5 years of experience in domestic holidays and the travel industry.
Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a relevant field is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Should be comfortable communicating with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
