Role Overview

We are seeking an in-studio, full-time Video Editor to join our team in office in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Working directly from our studio, you will collaborate closely with creative directors and strategists to craft short-form social reels, long-form podcast clips, promotional videos, and brand assets. Key Responsibilities

Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished,



high-engagement videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and podcasts.
On-Site Studio Editing: Work directly in our Bhilai studio editing suite, managing raw footage transfers and turning around edits quickly in a hands-on creative environment.
Creative Enhancement: Add dynamic motion graphics, sound design, color grading, subtitles, and audio mixing to elevate video quality.
Pacing & Storytelling: Apply strong hook strategies and pacing techniques to maintain high retention rates across all edits.
Asset Management: Maintain and organize our local production servers, footage archives, project files, and brand templates.
In-Person Collaboration: Partner daily with on-site creative teams, directors, and strategists to turn campaign briefs into visually compelling videos.

Experience: 2–4 years of full-time video editing experience (agency or in-house brand background preferred
