Key Responsibilities

* * Administer and support the Okta Workforce Identity platform.

* Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and OpenID
Connect (OIDC).

* Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.

* Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and
profile updates.

* Create and manage users, groups, applications, and group assignments.

* Configure application integrations using SAML, OIDC, and SWA.

* Support user provisioning and deprovisioning using SCIM where
applicable.

* Monitor Okta system logs and troubleshoot authentication and provisioning
issues.

* Implement and maintain sign-on and authentication policies.

* Assist in application onboarding and identity integration projects.

* Work with internal IT teams to resolve access-related incidents and
service requests.

* * Prepare and maintain technical documentation and standard operating
procedures.





* Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and best
practices.

Qualifications

* * 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Okta Administration.

* Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.

* Experience with:

* Okta Workforce Identity Cloud

* SAML 2.0

* OpenID Connect (OIDC)

* OAuth 2.0 (basic understanding)

* Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

* Lifecycle Management

* Universal Directory

* Group Management

* Experience troubleshooting authentication and provisioning issues.

* Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP integration.

* Basic understanding of SCIM provisioning.

* Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of any back-end scripting is preferred.

* Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

* * Solid verbal and written communication skills.
