Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketo Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our marketing automation initiatives using Adobe Marketo Engage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and executing marketing campaigns, lead lifecycle management, email marketing, audience segmentation, program development, and CRM integrations. This role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to drive campaign effectiveness, improve lead engagement,



and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, deploy, and optimize marketing automation campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, smart campaigns, and nurture programs.
Develop and maintain lead lifecycle processes, lead scoring models, and lead routing workflows.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to understand business requirements and implement effective automation solutions.
Manage audience segmentation and database hygiene to ensure accurate targeting and optimal campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports, dashboards, and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Integrate Marketo with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise applications.
