Position: Education Trainer / Teacher Trainer

Travel: Extensive across Maharashtra

We are seeking a dynamic Education Trainer to work closely with private schools across Maharashtra

*Key Responsibilities*
Manage a portfolio of 20–25 private schools.
Conduct 7–8 school visits per academic year per school.
Travel extensively across Pune, including interiors, with *occasional visits to Jalna and Kolhapur.*
Train teachers from Kindergarten to Grade 5 on company Methodology.
Deliver engaging and practical teacher training sessions.
Build solid relationships with school management and teachers.
Drive retention and renewals in assigned schools.
Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and ensure continued adoption.
Maintain training records, follow-ups, and feedback.

*Candidate Profile*




Experience in teacher training, school engagement, academic counselling, or education solutions preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable conducting teacher training sessions.
Ability to build long-term school relationships.
Willingness for extensive travel across Maharashtra.
Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.
