ABOUT THE ROLE
Position: Full-Time LinkedIn Specialist
Location: In office, Park Street, Kolkata
Timings: Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: Work From Home (10:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Laptop: You must carry your own laptop.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn content calendars for client personal brand and company pages.
Write and edit LinkedIn posts, carousels, and articles aligned with each client's voice and positioning.
Research industry trends and translate them into timely, engaging content ideas.
Manage LinkedIn engagement — comments, DMs, and network-building — to grow client visibility.
Track post performance and engagement metrics, and share insights to refine content strategy.
Coordinate with the design and video teams to bring content ideas to life.




Stay current on LinkedIn algorithm changes and platform best practices.
