Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Lead Sales Executive to join our EdTech team in Vizag. The role involves taking ownership of the sales process, handling high-intent leads, understanding their requirements, providing accurate course information, and converting enquiries into successful enrollments.
The ideal candidate should work onsite on a full-time basis, have strong communication and sales skills, confidence in handling sales conversations,



and the ability to close calls effectively while building trust with prospective learners.
We are looking for someone who is fast, proactive, and always on their toes. Leads need to be contacted promptly, follow-ups need to happen on time, and genuine sales opportunities should never be allowed to go cold due to a lack of action.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and follow up with students, parents, and working professionals who have shown interest in our courses.
Take ownership of leads from the initial enquiry through to enrollment.
Respond quickly to new and high-intent leads and prioritise opportunities based on their likelihood of conversion.
Understand prospective learners' requirements, career goals, concerns, and budget before recommending suitable courses.
Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, pricing, and enrollment process clearly.
