Job Description
Job Purpose
To ensure the reliability, safety, and sustainability of plant infrastructure through effective planning, execution, and control of civil maintenance, facility upgrades, and capital projects. The position is accountable for contractor management, budget utilization, regulatory compliance, project delivery,
and continuous improvement of civil engineering systems while supporting operational excellence and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Infrastructure Management
Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects and infrastructure upgrades across plant and non-plant facilities.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and engineering teams for design and execution of civil projects.
Ensure effective maintenance of plant infrastructure, buildings, utilities, and civil structures through proactive monitoring and improvement recommendations.
Contractor & Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and deploy contractors based on project requirements; conduct regular performance reviews to monitor safety, quality, and timelines.
Manage tendering activities, BOQ preparation, technical evaluations, and purchase order execution.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare project proposals, budgets, and cost estimates
