Role Description
The Customer Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in India. The individual in this role will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing clear information in multi-language (English, Hindi & Telegu) about Instalimb’s prosthetic solutions and services. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, coordinating with technical and production teams,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions in support systems. The role involves guiding users through product usage, troubleshooting basic technical problems, and ensuring timely follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will also gather feedback, identify recurring concerns, and contribute to improving support processes and customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide assistance with empathy and professionalism .
