Role Description The Management Mentor – NET/SET or Ph.D Qualified role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. The mentor will guide and support learners preparing for management-related academic and career pathways, with a focus on structured learning and exam readiness.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive sessions, clarifying complex management concepts, and providing individualized feedback on learners’ progress. The role involves creating and refining learning materials, evaluating assessments, and maintaining high academic standards aligned with NET/SET and postgraduate requirements. The mentor will also collaborate with internal teams to improve curriculum design, participate in workshops or bootcamps, and contribute to a learner-centric, inclusive environment.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in management disciplines, supported by NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D in Management or a closely related field.
Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students for competitive exams or higher education in management.
Ability to design and deliver structured lesson plans, learning resources, and assessments for diverse learner profiles.
