Supply Chain Manager
Location: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh | On-site | Full-time | Starts January 2027

About the role
We are looking for a structured, commercially minded supply chain professional to manage end-to-end supply chain operations at our Sri City manufacturing facility. The Supply Chain Manager oversees procurement, inventory, inbound logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted material flow for production in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities
Source, qualify, and manage suppliers for raw materials, components, and indirect goods; negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times with local and international vendors
Maintain the approved vendor list in compliance with ISO 13485 supplier control requirements
Manage inventory levels to ensure production continuity; implement and maintain replenishment systems (Kanban, min-max, MRP)
Coordinate inbound freight from domestic and international suppliers including customs clearance; manage sea, air, and road transport relationships and costs




Align material availability with production schedules; identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, and lead time variances
Ensure supply chain documentation meets ISO 13485 and regulatory traceability requirements; support supplier audits, non-conformance investigations, and CAPAs

What we're looking for
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
5–8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management — at least 2 years in a regulated manufacturing environment
Knowledge of procurement and inventory management in medical device or pharma manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with Indian import/export regulations, customs procedures, and freight logistics
Experience with ERP or MRP systems for materials planning
Understanding of ISO 13485 supplier qualification and control requirements
Qualified proficiency in English required
Proficiency in Telugu and/or Tamil required
