Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at Bhawani Fitness. The Sales Executive will handle daily prospecting activities, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and conducting online consultations or discovery calls to understand client needs. The role involves presenting Bhawani Fitness’ programs, explaining advantages and pricing,



and guiding potential clients through the enrollment process. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up with leads, and manage a structured sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging, provide feedback on campaigns, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients is also a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
THE SALARY WE ARE OFFERING IS 15,000-30,000

Qualifications
Strong consultative sales skills, including lead qualification, needs analysis, and closing, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or online coaching services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and handle sensitive topics with empathy.
Experience with online sales tools and CRM systems, and comfort working with video call
