Job Description
What you’ll get to do:
Lead and develop a high-performing team: directly lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of QC specialists, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive quality standards and outcomes: Own, monitor, and action your team's KPI outcomes, delivery targets, and quality benchmarks by implementing strategies to consistently elevate operational standards.
Decisive performance management: Proactively manage individual and team performance, providing explicit, constructive feedback,



and taking swift action to address underperformance or behavioural concerns.
Champion operational excellence: Oversee QC processes, sample selection, and task allocation, focusing on tactical execution to ensure timely, accurate, and impartial quality reviews.
Uphold rigorous standards: Be accountable for the quality and accuracy of your team's output, ensuring strict alignment with internal SLAs, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Capacity planning and resource management: Manage volumes and team capacity to ensure comprehensive specialist coverage across fluctuating operational demands and SLAs.
Role model leadership: Set the highest standards for performance, diligence, and professional conduct, acting as a role model for your team and operational peers.
Stakeholder engagement and representation: Analyze quality trends, error root causes, and QC deliverables, effectively presenting insights and
