Role Description This is a full-time, in office Patient Care Coordinator role based in Kolhapur. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a comfortable, respectful clinic experience. Daily activities include scheduling and confirming appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls,



maintaining accurate patient records, and coordinating communication between patients, doctors, and other clinic staff. The role also involves explaining clinic procedures in clear, non-judgmental language, supporting patients with follow-up instructions, and helping manage clinic workflows to reduce wait times. The coordinator will work closely with the clinical team to support continuity of care and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
