Role Description The Regional Sales Manager – East Zone (Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Assam) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing dealer and partner relationships across the assigned states.



Day-to-day activities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting regular visits to key accounts and channel partners. The Regional Sales Manager will coordinate promotions, workshops, and brand-building activities, track sales performance, and prepare periodic reports for leadership. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams for pricing, supply, and customer support, while ensuring a high level of service and product knowledge within the region.
Qualifications
Proven experience in regional sales management or business development, preferably in musical instruments, sound technology, or related consumer electronics.
Strong skills in territory planning, channel management, dealer and distributor relationship management, and market expansion.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data
