Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant (Assistant Manager) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product costing, inventory analysis, profitability tracking, MIS reporting, and cost control activities. This role is crucial for supporting business decisions through accurate costing and operational analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product costing and ensure accurate cost allocation.
Conduct inventory analysis and monitor inventory levels.
Track profitability and prepare management reports.
Develop and implement cost control activities to optimize expenses.
Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, MIS Reporting, or Financial Analysis.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.




Strong understanding of costing methodologies and inventory processes.

Preferred Candidate Background

Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Products, Toys, Retail, or similar industries.
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or equivalent is an added advantage.
Proven experience in inventory management, cost optimization, and profitability analysis is highly preferred.
