• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
• Support management with routine PA tasks and ad-hoc requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records, spreadsheets, and operational data.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools for research, documentation, content, and everyday productivity.




• Support office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.

???? ??’?? ??????? ???:
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / Excel.
• Strong proficiency in using AI tools to improve productivity and work efficiency.
• Good understanding of accounts/commerce is an advantage.
• A proactive, dependable attitude with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities.
