Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Recruiter to drive high-volume recruitment for Yulu’s blue-collar and frontline workforce across Mumbai.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for roles such as Workshop Technician/Mechanic, Field Sales Associate, Operations Associate, Marshal,
Rider/Field Executive, and other frontline positions.
This is a highly execution-oriented role that requires strong knowledge of field recruitment, local candidate markets, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, walk-in drives, and on-ground sourcing.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, meeting candidates directly, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidates successfully join the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Blue-Collar Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining for frontline and blue-collar positions.
Understand manpower requirements and hiring targets for different locations and business units.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined TAT and manpower requirements.
Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for critical and high-volume positions.
