We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team and help expand our presence across Karnataka and Telangana.

Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.
You will work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to understand market requirements, develop effective sales strategies, and introduce CohesiveTec's creative adhesive solutions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Karnataka and Telangana.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, dealers,



distributors, and key stakeholders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Develop and implement territory-specific sales and business development strategies.
Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Prepare and present business proposals, product presentations, and commercial offers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable adhesive solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
Develop the customer base and expand market penetration within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and regular business reports.
Travel across Karnataka and Telangana as required for customer meetings and business development activ
