THE ROLE
We are looking for a Fashion Consultant who combines an innate sense of style with strong commercial instinct and an exceptional approach to client service.
The role goes beyond selling. It is about understanding the individual behind every purchase, offering considered styling and building relationships that extend well beyond a single visit.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE & CLIENTELING
Create an elevated, warm and highly personalised experience for every client.
Understand individual tastes, preferences and occasions, offering thoughtful recommendations across Anantam’s diverse designer portfolio.
Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and cultivate a strong personal clientele.
Proactively engage existing and prospective clients with relevant collections, recent arrivals and personalised recommendations.
Deliver against individual and store sales objectives while ensuring every interaction reflects Anantam’s standards of service, sophistication and discretion.
Take ownership of the entire client journey, ensuring every touchpoint — from the first interaction through to after-sales — is handled with care and attention to detail.
STORE, PRODUCT & OPERATIONS
Maintain the impeccable presentation of the store, collections and merchandise at all times.
Develop a strong understanding of our designers, their creative identities, craftsmanship, collections and product stories.
Translate product and designer knowledge into thoughtful styling and purchasing recommendations.
Assist with styling, merchandising, inventory management, billing, alterations, stock movement and the seamless day-to-day functioning of the store.
