Key Responsibilties :
• Manage weekly and monthly content calendars and track content from ideation to publishing




• Convert content ideas into detailed execution briefs for reels, carousels, static posts, founder content, rider stories, campaigns, and more
• Assist with writing scripts, hooks, captions, CTAs, hashtags, and post copy
• Coordinate with the Content Creator & Graphic Designer for creative execution, revisions, and final approvals
• Plan and coordinate content shoots by managing locations, scripts, references, people, timelines, and shoot requirements
• Coordinate publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and other relevant platforms
• Research trending content formats, reels, memes, creators, and competitor content and maintain a content idea bank
• Support influencer and creator coordination, including outreach, briefs, deliverables, timelines, and campaign tracking
• Track content performance, including reach, impressions, views, watch time, engagement, shares, saves, and follower growth
• Prepare weekly/monthly conten
