About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused EdTech Sales & Outreach Coordinator to support our international sales and learner outreach initiatives.

The role involves international calling, lead follow-ups, lead qualification, webinar coordination, customer communication, and sales support.

You will interact with prospective students, parents, educators, and institutional clients from different markets and help guide them toward the right Ascend EdTech programs.

Key Responsibilities:

International Sales & Lead Outreach
Make outbound international calls to prospective students, parents, educators,



and institutional leads.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, social media, and other channels.
Understand prospect requirements and recommend relevant programs.
Qualify leads based on interest, requirements, and readiness to enrol.
Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups.
Work towards assigned lead conversion and sales targets.
Newsletter preparation and scheduling.

Webinar & Event Coordination
Coordinate online webinars, workshops, information sessions, and course demonstrations.
Communicate with registered participants before and after webinars.
Send reminders and follow-ups to increase attendance.
Coordinate with trainers, speakers, marketing, and sales teams.
Follow up with webinar participants and convert qualified prospects.

Maintain accurate
