Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Executive based on-site in Mumbai. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team at Harry Fashion LLP. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting processes, along with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Experience & Qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
CA background will be an added advantage




B.Com or related qualification preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations
Handle GST filing and return filing including basic GST types such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and related compliance activities (Required)
Manage TDS working, deduction, and filing processes (Required)
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
Handle purchase and sales entries in the accounting system
Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and payment gateways
Coordinate with auditors, CA, and government departments
Monitor inventory, cash flow, and internal payments
Handle accounting operations using Tally ERP and ERP software

Required Skills
Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel
VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP are mandatory
Hands-on experience with MS Office and strong accounting knowledge
Good communication skills will be an added advantage for coordination with CA and aud
