Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. This role supports daily sales activities, including managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating orders from initial request through delivery. The Sales Coordinator maintains accurate sales records, updates CRM or tracking systems, and prepares regular sales reports for management.



The role involves close collaboration with the sales team, logistics, and production to ensure timely order fulfillment and a smooth customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include handling customer communication, resolving basic service issues, and assisting in organizing sales meetings and follow-ups.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal alignment.
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to support the sales team and ensure a positive client experience.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
Basic knowledge of construction or flooring products is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Comfort with MS Office and sales-related tools or CRM systems.
