We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our engineering and product hiring initiatives while mentoring a growing team of talent professionals.
In this "player-coach" role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for our most critical technical roles while stepping up to lead, train, and guide junior recruiters and sourcers.The ideal candidate is a data-driven talent advisor who deeply understands the technology landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
