We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage operations, but genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and building a team that takes pride in what they do.
This role starts by leading operations at our Tilak Road café, with a explicit pathway to grow into a Brand Operations Manager, overseeing multiple locations as the brand expands.

What You'll Do





Lead the complete day-to-day operations of the café.
Build, mentor, and inspire a passionate front-of-house and barista team.
Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.
Create a warm, welcoming café culture where guests genuinely enjoy spending time.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and operational excellence.
Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and daily reporting.
Coach the team on service, communication, and attention to detail.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Work closely with the founders to help shape the future of the brand.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 3–6 years of café management experience in a premium café or specialty coffee environment.
Understands café culture—not just restaurant operations.
Has experience leading baristas and front-of-house teams.
Loves interacting with guests and building relationships with regulars.
