Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ATL – Customer Service to join our team in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise a team of 5–6 Customer Service Executives
* Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
* Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues
* Support the team in achieving service and performance targets
* Conduct regular follow-ups and provide guidance to team members

Requirements:

* 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service
* Prior experience in team handling/people management is mandatory
* Should have managed a team of at least 5–6 members
* Positive communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle customer escalations effectively
