Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen MLA Group’s brand and drive business growth in domestic and international markets. This full time, on-site role based in Kanpur involves managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and product teams,



and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. The individual will develop marketing materials, manage digital and traditional marketing channels, and support participation in trade fairs, industry events, and customer outreach programs. The role includes monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, with experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, websites) and experience with basic analytics or marketing performance tracking.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills for creating customer-facing content
