Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor who can effectively guide students and drive conversions through a strong sales approach. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and skilled at building trust while closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on study abroad options (countries, courses, universities)
Convert leads into applications, deposits, and enrollments
Provide accurate guidance on admissions, documentation, and visa process
Follow up with leads and maintain high conversion ratios
Build robust relationships with students and ensure a smooth application journey

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in study abroad counselling




Strong sales pitch and convincing skills (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proven track record of conversions
Ability to handle multiple students and follow-ups efficiently
