About the Role
We are looking for an excellent and highly experienced Performance Marketing professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a solid ROI, lead generation, conversion, and revenue-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant paid media platforms.
Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and revenue growth.
Own the complete performance marketing funnel from campaign planning to lead generation, conversion, and retargeting.
Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies, and campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling and cost optimization.
Develop audience segmentation, remarketing, lookalike,



and retargeting strategies.
Monitor key performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with the creative, content, sales, and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Track and optimize campaign attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM, and relevant analytics tools.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new acquisition opportunities.
Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI from advertising spends.
Stay updated with the latest changes in Google, Meta, analytics, attribution, and performance marketing trends.
Required Skills
5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Excellent expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
Proven experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns.
