What You’ll Do
Social Media
Create engaging Instagram Reels, carousels and other social media content.
Write hooks, scripts and captions for short-form content.
Shoot and edit Reels and help improve content quality.
Track trends, memes and viral formats relevant to our audience.
Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.
Experiment with different content formats to increase reach and engagement.
Influencer Marketing
Find relevant influencers and creators across Instagram and YouTube.
Build and maintain an influencer database.
Reach out to influencers and negotiate collaborations.
Discuss deliverables, pricing and campaign requirements.
Coordinate with influencers from outreach to content delivery.




Track influencer performance and campaign results.
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to come up with recent content ideas.
Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN or similar tools.
Someone who follows social media trends closely.
Proactive, self-driven and willing to take ownership.
