Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Bangalore Urban (Should be residing within a 10 km radius)





The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, managing inbound inquiries, and conducting phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote Palz Infotech’s IT solutions and services.

Daily activities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing and following up on quotations, coordinating with technical and pre-sales teams, and ensuring timely order processing and closure.

The role involves nurturing relationships with existing and new accounts, addressing customer needs, and supporting account management activities to drive revenue growth.

The Inside Sales Representative will also track sales activities in CRM tools, provide regular reporting, and contribute to customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable service.
